Cancellation of your reservation:
If you can not reschedule your vacation and you must cancel it, you can do it 30 business
days before your arrival, at no cost. If you wish to cancel your vacation package after the
grace period, one night of Hotel + Tax will be settled and an exchange rate of $30 will apply
(according to availability). If you cancel or make Changes in your reservation 7 days or less
before the arrival date, you will be charged a package price full; In the case of cruise
packages, this policy applies 15 days or less before the date of arrival.
